Design Engineering's floor and tunnel shield is a revolutionary material that adds a new dimension to control heat with minimal clearance needed (only 3/16” thick!).

It is constructed from an embossed aluminium face that is bonded to a composite fibreglass insulation, and is designed to withstand direct temperatures of up to 950 Degrees C. Its tough construction also makes it ideal for under vehicle use, it is capable of insulating and blocking out up to 50% of unwanted road noise.

Self-adhesive foam backing for easy application, excellent heat and sound barrier. We have been using this in-house for many years and have found it to be a brilliant product.
